Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback but shipping was not slow but was the same as mentioned on the listing 5-7 business days, I agree that there is an ongoing issue with charge2 tracker not being recognized by app but it is purely because of a FW mismatch between FITBIT app and the tracker, you can check about the same on the Fitbit official Community page as well, Regards |
