Seller response: Dear customer, we could not understand what happened. We received your order on 18-12-15. And we shipped it on 18-12-19, and we input USPS tracking code. After that bonanza should send you an email about the shipment with the tracking code and our sellers email address for you if you have questions. Also when you login into bonanza and check your order , you will find the information, too. Is there something got wrong? If so please tell us, we will try our best to help. Also FYI, we checked your order on bonanza, it shows delivered on 19-1-4. Thank you!
