1 star user feedback This seller sent me an item that did not match the description or photo. It was close, but it was missing pieces that were shown in the photo. As a collectible it should have boxes. (They were missing.) I returned the item. No refund. Seller response: I sent a message before the item was shipped to explain there was an error about how may pieces there were. I didn't hear back and sent it anyway. When she wanted to return it, I offered a partial refund since she had 4/5 pieces. She chose to return it and I said I'd give her a refund. When I got the items back, they were are all shattered and ruined because of her packaging. If I had gotten it back in the same condition, I would have given a refund asap. But since they were all broken, I asked her to start a claim with the shipping company to get her money back since it broke on her end.
