Seller response: View our feedback and you will see that all videos are 100% authentic Region 1/Region A videos. We never have, and never will sell counterfeit movies. This movie was sold as brand new/factory sealed and I had ordered it from the largest video distributor in the country. The customer contacted me saying this video was counterfeit and she knew it was because of visual characteristics of the video. When the customer returned it, I not only saw it was not a fake copy in any way, but also all the codes were missing with the packaging barely opened to be inspected, likely just to remove the codes. I still offered a no question return policy at zero return cost as I would with any unhappy customer.
