No order confirmation. I requested shipping info. I recieved no response. I sent a message to the seller inquiring about the status. I recieved no response. My order was canceled a week later by the seller. No explanation given. Terrible experience!

Bonanza imports my items from eBay automatically. This particular item was out of stock and sold before the next sync was updated. I wasn't made aware of this status request during that time. I did provide a full refund on PayPal with a note describing the situation. I've spoken with Bonanza about this issue and it's been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience with this situation but I would like to note that I did provide notation and a full refund.
