I ordered personalized items for my daughters bday, and she confirmed the items would be there within 2 weeks (this was early feb). Seller response: I was hospitalized for a pneumonia!!!!!!!
Buyer response: i'm sorry for your personal situation; however, customers pay you for a product. You are therefore running a business. If you were not able to meet the committment, you should have advised customers the needed items would not make it. As buyers from you online, we are not aware of your personal situations; all we know is that we are a paying customer. You should follow up as necessary, or have a friend/family member assist you.
