Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay that a very overwhelmed and overworked USPS caused in you receiving your cookie cutter. We shipped your order that was placed over the weekend on the 2nd business day, and tracking shows it arrived exactly 7 days later. While during the holidays we all prefer to receive our packages sooner, this past holiday season was particularly overwhelming for all of our delivery services. As far as our cookie cutters - yes, they are all 3D printed with PLA - a food-safe plastic. As our listing states, we do highly suggest when using these cookie cutters to first rinse with water, towel dry, and then put in flour before pressing into your cookie dough. This will help both in easing the cutter into the dough and releasing it from the dough. However, if you believe your cookie cutter was defective in any way, please feel free to send us a message - we would love to make it right!
