As we've discussed Jamie; Your local Post Office left a ticket that you simply needed to sign less than ten days from the date of your order. It was nearly a week before you contacted them. They only hold items as it reads on the ticket for 3-5 days. We're sorry that you've had to wait but your signature alone would have prevented it.
