Seller response: You're a brand new user with a positive feedback from me. You didn't even bother contacting me about the so called "scam"? Obviously a new user, used the product, wants a refund. It's alright, my customers know my digital key codes are high quality and no scam. This is actually a first "complaint" I ever got on my Office 2016 keys.
