This feedback is a pure lie. It is clearly stated in the listing description that the license in question is a used license. Moreover, all provided files are 100% official, original, digitally signed, acquired directly from the developers and clean from any sort of virus, malware or related malicious software. This can also be verified and confirmed using VirusTotal online. Are you sure you are not confusing such feedback with another order from another seller and putting it in this order by mistake?

The buyer in questions states the above, however, it has NOT contacted regarding the issue and has NOT provided any sort of proof or information regarding said issue. It would have been best to have contacted regarding said issue and support would have been given to correct the issue, if present.

Minutes after receiving license information informed, and I quote, "That key doesn't work refund my money please", without providing any further proof or information regarding errors shown, upon request, and without accepting any further support.
