Seller was extremely rude&unprofessional when I told them the product did not work for ME. Is it wrong for me to ASK a business for a refund when I paid $78 for their item. I WAS a customer seeking help not your enemy. Please work on your tone.

Product obviously works very well or I wouldn't be in business. With 5,000 customers I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied but product does work very well. I personally use it.
