You said you wish to add on but despite many times following up with you after your order is ready, you did not add on express shipping. So we had no choice to proceed with regular shipping. A detailed shipping information was update to your order and private message as well to ensure you are on track. Item shipped out on 3 Jan 2021, delivered on 23 Jan 2021. Thank you. |

Hi Anna, We have been responding to you all the time, keeping you updated with the statuses. Our items are handmade to order, we appreciate that you have allowed time for handmaking. We need 10-14 days of handmaking. And delivery wise, we have informed you that it might take 4-8 weeks due to inevitable delay during this pandemic time. Express shipping available at additional fees but you decided to stay with regular shipping instead. I checked through the tracking item was delivered less then 3 weeks.
