Seller response: I'm extremely sorry but this feedback isn't factual. We had been in touch the whole time and the tracking number said delivered. I called your post office and was working with Laura to file a claim and you said you called up there but no one had heard anything from you. I offered to send a replacement but you wanted a cash refund.
