Seller response: Sold this customer 3 keys and never received any complaint or request for support. I've sold thousands of keys and they work fine 99.9% of the time. If ever there's a problem (which is usually caused by technological in-capabilities or user ignorance) I replace key(s) or refund. For this customer to claim that the keys were blocked yet never followed up with me is hard to believe.
