Codes sent towards customer were never used, you have failed to follow instructions. I was helping you solve the issue, which was that you had a non-genuine version of windows installed and it was neglecting the codes I gave you. I gave you a link to Microsofts official download for Windows 10 Pro, and you refused to make a fresh installation and kept complaining. I asked you if you'd like a refund or if you'd like to continue resolving the issue, and you asked for a refund. I refunded you the money without hesitation. |

This is a blatant lie.....it was not just me. I called Microsoft support and they confirmed both the original code and replacement code sent by this seller was already used and therefore no longer valid for new activation. This seller is deliberately selling used codes as genuine unused codes. Buyer beware |

You're a brand new user with a positive feedback from me. You didn't even bother contacting me about the so called "scam"? Obviously a new user, used the product, wants a refund. It's alright, my customers know my digital key codes are high quality and no scam. This is actually a first "complaint" I ever got on my Office 2016 keys.
