Shipped the wrong item and then wanted me too rub cooking oil on the leather to change the color. Cooking oil rots, smells, attracts pests, and can stain other fabrics like rugs. Will never order off this site again. Order from reputable ccompanies

Firstly, thank you for your valuable feedback, really very shocking but it also will definitely help us improve our services and avoid mistakes in the future, we sent the wrong item to you by mistake we admit that it was our fault, you aggree on the partial refund. just to make it clear all moroccan pouf maker use the oil to give the tan color to the pouf and no problem with that. Just to let you know, Bonanza is a reputable company and we love it so much as millions love it, cheers .
