This is the message that was sent: Sorry this item is no longer available from the manufacture in disc format Quicken 2017 is only available on download.Please let us know if you would like to proceed with a download link or cancel the order. This message was sent on 1-15-18 at 1230 pm and 1-18-18 at 708 am. You did not respond and that is why your order was cancelled and refunded.The reason for the refund was stated in your paypal receipt when it was refunded and sent to you via paypal. Review not valid.
