But, I never received the download, either. My money was refunded. Seller response: Your understanding is incorrect. As was told to you in Bonanza messages prior to writing the review. There was no mention of a disc being sent in the ad title or description. There was and is nothing that is being shipped. The ad stated s follows: TurboTax Premier 2017 Fed + Efile + State Download (SKU #DLBON02555). Next time you should scroll down from the picture and actually read the ad description. This order was completed on 1-7-18 at 10:16 am thru Bonanza message.
