There is obviously a mix up, as I checked my e-mail and bonanza messages and there are no messages from you. So, stating that you sent me a message and I didn't respond is untrue and truly unfair. As I take pride in providing exceptional service and support to all my customers and would have done the same for you had you really sent me a message. Your feedback left also appeared to be a little suspicious as you quote a competitor. Not cool and a breach of bonanza’s policies and procedures. Please in the spirit of honest feedback free from vexatious and fraudulent reasons, let’s not have this wonderful platform called bonanza be ruined like of some of the other online platforms out there. In closing if there truly is an issue contact me and I will correct asap.
