Seller response: Dear Customer, I am sorry for your inconvenience. Normally, for free shipping, delivery takes about 20 ~ 30 days. It is purchased on December 7th. You have to wait at least one month for the delivery date. If you purchased as a Christmas gift, you should have selected the faster shipping option. I think you are responsible for not knowing the information about these parts in advance. Of course, I fully understand that you are upset now, but I would like you to consider the basic rules for the international shipping system. Despite the cost of the product,if delivery is not possible by the due date, I will arrange an immediate refund.
