I received a message from the buyer under order # 56939391. In this message, the buyer tells me that there are differences in the description of the good and the goods he has received. I asked, "How did he know about these differences?" And he tells me that he compared this item to another friend's good. Of course, this is not a criterion for identifying one or another good for its authenticity. The buyer urges me to send him a new good without returning the money or threatens me to demand a full refund without returning the goods. In either case, this buyer wants to take advantage of this purchase illegally, or more simply: pay for one and get two jerseys. I guarantee that this product is authentic, visible to my buyers and their feedback. I suggested that the buyer return the goods by keeping all the labels and packaging of this good. If the buyer does this, we will immediately make a full refund. But the buyer refuses to return the goods. The buyer insists on getting his money back.
