Wrong, there are multiple models of this product, different packaing changes have occured over the years for it, there is a blue box and a black box. Both have different packaging, the FAKE lilash, does not say serum, it says growth stimulator. WE ONLY SELL SERUM. If you had simply contacted us, we could of assured your satisfaction like we do all customers. Having sold thousands of this particular item, i have had a lot of happy customers. Unfortunately some products work for some, some do not.
