It was mailed regular mail and for $25 should have been mailed express also had rust on it but was advertised new. Seller response: Buyer leaves neutral, defamatory and fraudulent feedback but made no attempt to contact me regarding Express Shipping prior to ordering and checkout. I ship from Canada (Expedited Parcel USA w/Tracking Number) and that's considered International Shipping which may be subject to Customs Inspection and logistically is out of my control. Buyer then makes false statements, undermining my booth, stating he received a rusted out circuit breaker which surprisingly worked? For the record, I don't sell and ship rusted out, burnt out, defective circuit breakers! The circuit breaker was in mint condition, considering it's age and the fact it's obsolete and no longer manufactured (circa early 80's), and had absolutely zero rust on it and I have timestamped photographs to evidence this fact prior to shipping.
