Hello, we have responded to all of your inquiries. This purchase is now almost 3 months ago, while we do see you purchase wrong item and wanted a return, we agreed.It then took you now 3 months to return it? If you genuinely feel we are in the wrong, please feel free to open an amazon A-Z claim for this.I don't feel we've done anything wrong. Very few resellers or retailers take back used makeup, because of buyers remorse.
