1 star user feedback I was finally able to download my purchase and I really appreciated the efforts made by ramirez99 but there were too many instructions that were left out - like how to download an ISO file. This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback They sent me the product to be downloaded via the Internet. The site was not any good and I could not download anything. I sent 2 messages asking for help and never heard back. Product was to be here 1/31/18 and I still don't have it as of 3/1/18
