Not only was the shipping a ripoff, full of mistakes and delays, but the description was inaccurate, no mention of numerous cracks on the ukulele, and who was the moron who glued the tuning knobs on, and drilled a hole in the back of the instrument? Dumb!

Seller received my money order Dec. 7, did not ship the item until Dec. 12, charged me $16when the shipping cost $8.18, kept the extra money I sent for insurance and did not insure the item.
Also got the address wrong, delaying the package delivery until
