Seller response: I am sorry for your experience with the software installation, I tried to email you to help you resolve your issue but I still have not gotten a response. Right after installing there is a need to update the software also sometimes if there is another version of Microsoft previously installed on your computer it can cause issues too, which I help you remove both and the correct one . I have refunded your money and offered to give you the Business version of Office with 1 year License as a complimentary gift but still no response from you. I do not like customers to leave feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with their transaction so please get back to me when you can. Thanks again.
