Seller response: hmnn... just noticed this feedback. It's been so long ago that am wondering if it was left when Scott was originally very angry .We actually did refund your return shipping costs because you were so unhappy. Yes the 2nd buyer who purchased and inspected the bat in person was very happy with it. And I believe that Scott also thanked us for our customer service towards him.
