Seller is being dishonest, rude and made some insane allegations when I reported the issue with the codes he sent me. I did send you a full screenshot of the error message. Your excuse that code was on valid for 3 days did not make any sense to me. If this is genuine product then why need to activate within 72hrs. So I called Microsoft to check and the agent confirmed that the code was invalid as it was not a genuine product. You tried to scam me by sending fake codes, then have the cheek to complain when I left you negative feedback.

Seller was rude and awkward in resolving the issue. Screenshot was sent to the seller as requested but their response was "Bla bla" to quote them. They were apparently not the least bit bothered or concerned that they had sent invalid activation codes and wasting my time. Escalated claim to paypal
