1 star user feedback Items arrived damaged. They wouldn't open a claim. I had to file a paypal dispute, which would require me to ship back the damaged item at my expense. The item was in horrible condition, and they were unwilling to have it fixed, or give any refund. Seller response: Customer demanded a $1,000 refund on a $1,600 payment because of the minor tear on the bottom of the sofa. We offered a repair a replacement or $300 to keep as is - customer chose to return the product for a full refund, but never returned it.
