Seller response: It is true the item ship date was delayed some. However this is VERY rare and it was conveyed to the customer and they were given the option to be refunded their money for the unexpected extra few days it would take to process. Constant communication as well as a tracking number was provided for the customer to update them on their order. When the product was delivered I received this message from the customer and I quote: "Yes I did finally receive the item and am pleased with the purchase thank you"
