That is totally the craziest thing I have ever heard. We have been in the jewelry business over 50 plus years with 5 star feedback selling Pandora the last 6 years on various sites. Fast shipping with over 22,000 glowing 5 star sales on Etsy. Everything is shipped fast and in original packaging. I'm new to Bonanza so I thought I would take a gander and see who all is selling on here. Comes to find out this person here happens to also have another Bonanza account that also sells Pandora too. Seems they don't like the competition huh? Thanks for the negative feedback but you won’t get me down. Happy sales!! ? |

The item that was sent to the buyer was new in original packaging. It is part of the openworks collection so yes it has extra detail which most find to be beautiful! Our family company has been around for 50 plus years selling jewelry with 5 star reviews and thousands of repeat customers. Paypal dis not refund you I the owner did. The buyer has been determinded to be rude from the beginning. We are first class all the way with new authentic items. You will be very pleased I assure you! :) |

Your charm was shipped a few days ago and the SAME day you purchased it. It went out priority. Did you refer to your tracking number that's in the bonanza system? Didn't think so. It shows what I have just mentioned as well as the fact it should be arriving tomorrow. I would appreciate you editing this feedback.
