The definition of a scam is someone taking your money. You have been fully refunded as soon as you let us know that you were not willing to wait a few extra days for your order. So please stop with your outdated ridiculous exaggerations.

This customer was refunded moments after purchase and notified that Bonanza is having an inventory glitch which is resulting in items which were previously sold appearing back in inventory. This has nothing to do with us and is beyond our control. If this was devastating, then your son has a long hard life ahead. This is a video game, not lifesaving medicine!

You were refunded moments after your purchase because it was out of stock due to the huge Bonanza inventory glitch, which is completely out of my control. That is why you were immediately refunded and notified via email of the situation. So no, of course you did not get it. If I could magically create video games out of thin air that did not exist, I would not be selling on Bonanza, would I?

Bonanza is having an inventory glitch and it's re-listing items we don't have. This customer was refunded as soon as we figured that out. No need to be nasty. Alas, if there was only a peel that removed the old bitty personality as well as their deep frown wrinkles.

This customer was refunded in 5 minutes for an out of stock item due to an inventory glitch on Bonanza. Was totally out of my control. Now that I see how nasty he is glad I did not sell him anything though!

The customer was informed. We always communicate with our customers before we refund an order. She just did not read her email. Bonanza has an inventory glitch and has relisted items we do not have. This was out of our control. See all of our other great feedback. Thanks!

Customer was offered a cancelation and refund but chose to wait. As soon as we knew this item had been misplaced in our warehouse we immediately refunded. It's not a perfect world. Things happen. See our positive feedback from the other 99%. :)

Buyer was told there was a delay and asked if he wanted a refund or to wait. When he requested the refund he was immediately refunded.

Due to a glitch which re-listed previously sold inventory we have been refunding buyers, including this one, as soon as we discover that the item purchased was actually no longer available i.e. already sold.

Package was never lost. Customer purchase was older inventory which took time to locate. Offered immediate refund but buyer wanted us to continue searching for the item. The very next time he contacted us he threatened negative feedback, & we quote “I hate to leave negative feedback but I will if I don’t receive the cutie and my money back”, in an attempt to extort us for both the item & refund. Sorry we don’t cower to people trying to cheat the system in spite of Bonanza’s strict rule against it. So hence the negative because we refunded him but did not also reward him with a free item worth over $50 based on his extortion demand.
