Also sometimes Bonanza messages are forwarded to spam folders, if that was the case, which sometimes it is. but we apologize. we just messaged you and emailed you as well. we will be happy to fix the issue. thank you.

I am sorry for your experience with the software installation, I tried to email you to help you resolve your issue but I still have not gotten a response. Right after installing there is a need to update the software also sometimes if there is another version of Microsoft previously installed on your computer it can cause issues too, which I help you remove both and the correct one . I have refunded your money and offered to give you the Business version of Office with 1 year License as a complimentary gift but still no response from you. I do not like customers to leave feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with their transaction so please get back to me when you can. Thanks again.
