1 star user feedback Bag was received with a hole in it which is not new condition. Unfortunately I didn't see it until I had snipped off the tag. My mistake! Seller will not take the bag back and I get a $25 refund for a damaged bag. I have learned my lesson the hard way! Seller response: The negative feedback submitted is without merit. Bag was shipped to customer â€œNew with tags attached" as received from Coach. I offered to provide refund to this buyer in accordance with stated Refund Policy upon notification of buyer complaint of â€œmarkâ€ on bag. Bag was returned in used condition (No tags attached, nor were they included with returned bag). Bag returned did not have a "hole" in it. Refund was not provided to buyer because item was not returned in accordance with Refund Policy agreed to at time of purchase (item returned Used condition vice â€œNew with tags attachedâ€).
Buyer response: Definitely a hole in the bag. I have pics. Being that the fabric is sateen the hole will most likely get bigger. Seller has my money and I have a damaged bag.
