Seller response: Told him along with everyone else that bought during the last 10 days or so that they get a level 32 for free and that the bots aren't working at the moment. Never tried to keep money and was honest during the whole process. Processed refunds for anyone who requested them. I sell the accounts but I can't create a working bot when Niantic makes changes all I can do is keep people updated.
