Seller response:
I sent her copies of multiple receipts from Olaplex themselves proving authenticity. I own a salon and would NEVER jeopardize my reputation or a clients hair by allowing them to put a compromised product on their hair. This purchase was made in early May and I was contacted in July and she would not take any resolution or proof besides money. Also, her reasoning before this was that it made all of her hair fall out (she said shed been lightening for years and her hair was already extremely unhealthy and was hoping Olaplex could help fix it).

Seller response:
I asked for you to return them and I would provide a refund but you wanted money instead.. I told you I couldn't refund you without my product which I thought was understandable. You refused to send anything back to me even though I sent you a prepaid label to do so.

Seller response:
I'm extremely sorry but this feedback isn't factual. We had been in touch the whole time and the tracking number said delivered. I called your post office and was working with Laura to file a claim and you said you called up there but no one had heard anything from you. I offered to send a replacement but you wanted a cash refund.
