In this case the mail carrier was very delayed in getting this package to the customer in a timely manner. Tracking the package, it seemed to be in a state of limbo for some time and unfortunately did not arrive to the customers address until well after the expected delivery date. So, I can understand why the customer is angry and has given a negative remark. This delay in shipping is not normal. I do not have control of how the shipping service transports their packages. The customer was not satisfied with how the product arrived. The damage likely incurred from the handling of the shipping company. I immediately offered a full refund of her money. This is a very rare instance and have had many positive remarks on previous transactions with other customers as you can see on dates: 10/01, 10/07, 10/08 for example. Also for your protection if you are not happy with the product for any reason, we do offer a 7 day full money back guarantee. |

Item was extremely late purchased on 9-15 received on 10-10. It was not "Brand New," as described, missing pieces, damaged, and did not work. I just want a refund at this point. I will never purchase from Bonanza seller again.

It is true the item ship date was delayed some. However this is VERY rare and it was conveyed to the customer and they were given the option to be refunded their money for the unexpected extra few days it would take to process. Constant communication as well as a tracking number was provided for the customer to update them on their order. When the product was delivered I received this message from the customer and I quote: "Yes I did finally receive the item and am pleased with the purchase thank you" |

This item was shipped the following business day after the order was placed. Unfortunately there had been a delay with the shipping carrier during this busy holiday season. This was very unfortunate as this is a very rare instance of a mishandlement with the shipping carrier. In almost all cases all orders are received in about 4 - 6 business days.
