I contacted you on numerous occasions as it stated delivery 4/5 days. It has now been 30 days and not only have you stopped replying to my messagesi I still have not received item or money back. I wouldnt have purchased from you if I had expected over a month for delivery. It really is not acceptable, at no point does it state in description that the delivery would be over a month. You mislead me into thinking standard delivery. I feel I have been more than accommodating regards this but now I would appreciate my money returned in full. I have waited long enough and now due to time elapsed the bean bag is now too small due to it being for newborn. my niece is now too big to use this. Therefore I now need |

Once we saw the item was in the returning way, we will fully refund to you. The buyer said he/she never received it after about 4/5 days, but the item was via economic shipping, the shipping time is about 15-25 days. We also confused about the situationbout situation.
