Wrong, there are multiple models of this product, different packaing changes have occured over the years for it, there is a blue box and a black box. Both have different packaging, the FAKE lilash, does not say serum, it says growth stimulator. WE ONLY SELL SERUM. If you had simply contacted us, we could of assured your satisfaction like we do all customers. Having sold thousands of this particular item, i have had a lot of happy customers. Unfortunately some products work for some, some do not. |

So now they enjoy free items. A cost of doing business. After now seeing this feedback, i am suspecting this was a competitor shill buying to try and ruin my account. There is another lie here! This scammer makes a false story as an excuse for every negative feedbacks. I don't need the fake product. I requested to RETURN the item for a full refund, but the seller refused it because he didn't want to pay for return shipping cost. I ordered 6 lipsticks because I thought it's really good deals and want to give it to friends as a gift. It turns out they are not even worth for the return shipping cost.lol Don't trust this seller. |

Buyer purchased item 3 months ago.. That's 90 days, then miraculously then claims product is counterfeit. It doesn't take 90 days to decide if a item is legit or not, this is pure buyers remorse, and i declined a 3 month later return. I run a business, not a rental store for used makeup..Which in itself is worthless, We stand by 30 day returns for ANY REASON. Even used! But, sorry not 90. |

Hello, we have responded to all of your inquiries. This purchase is now almost 3 months ago, while we do see you purchase wrong item and wanted a return, we agreed.It then took you now 3 months to return it? If you genuinely feel we are in the wrong, please feel free to open an amazon A-Z claim for this.I don't feel we've done anything wrong. Very few resellers or retailers take back used makeup, because of buyers remorse.
