Customer was guided the best possible thru his problem with the board, understand that this is an universal board and there is not specifically troubleshooting for each opener, you will have to do some labor on your end, we can only share board knowledge, still customer filed a complain against us and opener case!, thanks it was a nice move we guess, Blessings

Malicious customer, we sent a package to this customer and it was never scanned we had a hard time trying to find the package and dealing with the postal offices, customer don't even try to be kind to wait for us to resolve this problem, this is a problematic customer that start opening cases everywhere please be aware, at the end we are still trying to recover our money and we get blame?, unjustified

First package sent to the customer was dropped off the following morning after it got shipped and when the customer brought this to our attention we realized this was never scanned, after a case with USPS we are still awaiting a response and we most likely loose our intial package, a new shipment is being ship to the customer

Customer order the panel, the correct item was shipped, a part wa left behind and it was sent to customer per his request, if the panel will not work for his application, then he needs to return it back but we are not responsible for return shipping on remorse returns, customer needs to read return policies and follow accord to them, bad experience and hard customer to deal with!!!

Manual was provided to customer, problem is customer block us as scam email how is possible he will receive anything shame customers like this we are on business we try our best but customer need to colaborate too

Product was sent via DHL second day for free, customer ordered order and 2 days after was complained that it did not ship, it ship on our handling time and we even paid for expedited when customer did not paid for it not recommended

Buyer received what he ordered, but demanded more than what was offered in exchange for not leaving a negative feedback, all item where brand new and shippend promptly, buyer open a chargeback we do not recommend it
