I was temporarily out of stock, and offered the customer a refund, or a newer version. They opted for the newer version. So I shipped it and they received it. If they do not want to keep it, I always accept returns if you just ask. Thanks.

This ordered was delayed a little bit due to the World Cup and the increased volume, worldwide. The jersey was delivered to this buyer not long after they posted this comment. I apologize for the delay as this is not typical.

To be fair, after the buyer left this review, we exchanged emails and I let him know I searched all through my messages and did not see any messages/emails at all. Mistakes do happen, and it was very unfortunate that a pair of socks were sent instead of the jersey. That has been addressed on my side, and I very promptly gave the buyer a full refund and even told him to keep the socks. I think he was happy with how the issue was handled because he placed a new order with me. I will always take care of business the right way. Thanks.

I'm sorry the jersey didn't fit. I try to let everyone know these are sized small on the listing page so my buyers can order a size up. I apologize for the unexpected delay. Over the holidays, there was an issue with the shipping from China that caused some orders to get delayed a few more weeks than expected. However, that issue has been resolved and shipping has returned to the normal 2-3 weeks.
