Seller response: Buyer wants to have a “FREE” purchase and claims the eBook is not working! We’ve inspected the eBook file and it is in perfect condition and we also resend the file again to buyer. Although there is NO damage to the eBook file, we’ve offered partial refund to buyer. And buyer agreed to partial refund. We also have discovered that this buyer is a seller on Bonanza and wanted to buy this eBook to resell it on her online-store. As she cannot resell it because we have our watermarks on the eBook, this buyer just wants to destroy our reputations as she wants to compete for sales. Therefore, she gives negative feedback!
