I fully understand you and you have every right. That delay was caused by an issue with the US airlines from 15-25/11. As a result of that issue, they have a lot of packages in stock worldwide and they haven’t the time to scan the barcodes to each one of them so they can procced to delivery. Your order was at the US since 25/11. And if you see in the USPS status with your tracking number , they scan the barcode on 4/12. They scan it almost 10 days later. I am really upset too. That happened to all orders to US between that specific timeline. But now everything is back to its place. Everything going well. Your order is at the US and you can call them to see when you will receive it. Again i am so sorry for that delay. It was not in my hands. I wish it was.
