For those considering using this service, you would be much better served using a reputable site such as Amazon. I failed to read the reviews of Bonanza prior to purchasing the item and paid for it with $25.00 shipping and a lot of hassle trying to get my refund which was finally refunded. You have been warned... |

Customer first contated wanting a return for "no longer wanted/needed" once he found out charges attempted to change to "defective" for us to pay return shipping. His reason" the machine was making noise while brewing". Sellers beware with this buyer. |

Buyer contacted us on Nov 13th in the afternoon and left negative feedback only 2 hours after contacting us beause she says "Bonanza told her to". Buyer received troubleshooting but stated machine was defective. Upon sending video we saw the buyer had the valve opened and was the reason the machine was not working but still wanted to return. SELLERS BEWARE WITH THIS BUYER!! |

Purchased a $360 coffee machine. Arrived Broken. I've contacted the seller twice asking how to return the machine and for a refund. I have been completely ignored.

Machine indicated a descaling was needed upon setup. The Delonghi website recommends a descaling after 300 uses. I asked if it was used, he stated that it was "just open box". There are scratches and the seller is unresponsive when we offered to pay for r

This buyer is scamming sellers please be careful. Receives machines and replaces with old ones. Has done it twice to us in the past month ! |

Customer replaced our machine with another one. Our machines have seals that identify them. We notified the buyer and reported him to bonanza and paypal and they are reviewing the case now. We discounted return shipping as the machine we received was not the same one we sent to the buyer.
