Nonsense! I refunded in good faith for a non-delivery claim which tracking seemed to show was genuine only to find buyer then immediately arranged redelivery of item from local sorting office. A little upset no doubt at having been caught out.

You claimed the item was faulty and said you would return it. I told you that as the item was faulty, I would pay the return postage cost. I still have no item and you haven't given me so much as a proof of postage.

Due to the extraordinary nature of current events, we will not pay a postage fee refund for not capturing a signature. Similarly, we will not consider a claim for loss based on the lack of signature. Never called you a thief. Just pointed out that you opened your PayPal claim for non delivery weeks after signing for your item and then claimed you didn't remember whether or not you signed for it, even though Royal Mails Tracking site shows the signature and most people recognise their own signature. Strange is all. Glad to hear you now remember receiving your item and that it was as described.

I did not charge more than the listed price. This customer simply did not take account of the postage charge, which was also as listed.
