After I placed my order I received a email from Becky on June 29th, which states that products ship in 14 business days. It is now July 15th and I've received nothing since the initial email. I emailed her twice with no response or status updates.

Three shipment updates were provided to buyer to include holiday closure, tracking information and shipment updates. I strive for a smooth transaction for every customer and would have been more than happy to accommodate the customer if they were unhappy, but no indication was left other than this feedback. I have contacted the buyer to see if I can help make their online shopping experience a positive one.
