The product was listed properly. You just failed to read. We are not responsible if you can not even read the ad title or description. It was plain as day. Do not just depend on the picture. There wa s no response to the confirmation email in regards to the nature of the order. This is why the order was cancelled the first time and refunded. You were told this thru Bonanza messages when you asked : We yet to receive the PDF file. Is there going to be a problem? I purchased it for my daughter through my personal PayPal account. Then you ordered it a second time and still did not confirm the email but we sent to you anyways because you acknowledged after it was cancelled the first time that it was a PDF. Not a fair review. There was correspondences.
