With all due respect and deference to the customer, we were never notified of a sale in our booth corresponding to this order. We don't make excuses and deeply regret any confusion or inconvenience to the customer. Aside from this feedback we were not aware of the order. We are consulting with bonanza as we have maintained excellent feedback for years and every order is important to us. We can't find a record of the order in our dashboard. We send a most heartfelt apology to the customer and we most certainly understand her frustration.
