Seller response: We had an experince of a bad shipment that left my customer a little frustrated but I was on top of the situation and though it took me awhile to get her the full refund in the end she did get it and I felt that I had done everything possible to communicate as such to her. I still feel that I could have done more to make it easier for her but under the circumstances and reflecting back on it I still feel that I did all I could do sorry that she felt she had to leave negative feedback because the communication we had said otherwise. I would still consider her a customer in the future
